FEES

The fee structure for our Total Rewards Statement Packages is straightforward, simple and honest. It works like this:

1) $1000 setup fee (there's a lot involved with getting the data just so and ready to run; includes time spent with you talking about what total rewards elements to include and how each total rewards element is defined)

2) $2.00 per employee

3) There is no #3. That's it!

Example: 2,500 employee organization

Fees would be calculated as:

$1,000 + (2,500 x $2.00) = $4,800, or $2.40/employee


LIMITATIONS

Number of employees is limited to a maximum of 10,000

Number of Total Reward Elements is limited to a maximum of 22; number of Total Reward Categories is limited to 7

DATA REQUEST

Obviously we'll need your data in order to run the Statements. Below is an example of an Excel-based Data Request onto which you'll provide detailed rewards information for each employee. The data request you'll receive will be custom-crafted uniquely for your organization listing your unique compensation and benefit rewards.
